PITSS.CON Error – ‘Batch Procedure ‘Load Forms’ is running!’

There are times where if PITSS.CON crashes when modules are being loaded, the following error will appear when you try to start loading modules again:

You can do the following to fix the problem:

1. Go to Administration –> Batch Jobs
   • 
2. In the Batch Jobs menu, you will see “Load Forms” on the left side of the window. As you can see, it is not a “green light”. Right-click on “Load Forms”.
   • 
3. Click on “Reset Batch Procedure”
4. The traffic light symbol next to “Load Forms” should be green again.
   • 
5. Try loading a module again.

Modules should load successfully now.
