Opening Forms in 10g Forms Builder crashes in Windows 7 32-bit

Due to the late certification of Oracle Developer Suite 10g with Windows 7 32-bit environments, there is a known issue where Forms Builder 10g crashes when opening some forms which makes it unusable. The base installer for Oracle Developer Suite 10g is currently version 10.1.2.0.2. The Developer Suite will need to be patched to version 10.1.2.3 in order to be certified with Windows 7 32-bit.

✓ Install patch 5983622 on top of the newly-installed installation
✓ Apply Oracle patch 7047034 (OPatch) to the Oracle Home
