As of October 28, 2015, Oracle Forms and Reports version 11.1.2.2.0 is now supported with Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit) and Windows 8.1 (NOTE: Forms 12c has been supported with these OS versions since its first release). However, because the certification with Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 8.1 was added well after the terminal release of Oracle Forms and Reports 11gR2 (11.1.2.2.0), an Oracle Patch is required during the installation of Oracle Forms and Reports.
