PITSS.CON Module Loading Error – ‘Can not reconnect to database with forms’

If you try to load modules into PITSS.CON and you receive errors such as:
“Can not reconnect to database …… with forms – Operation Failed!”
and no modules can be loaded, there is a problem with the current connect string being used. To fix the problem, you will need to follow the following steps:

  1. Log into PITSS.CON with MIG
  2. Go to User Access
  3. Change the connect string to the MIG user
  4. Log out of MIG and log in with your PITSS user
  5. Go to Administration –> Settings
  6. In Init Parameter, change the connect string to your PITSS user you used to log in. It should be successful

You should now be able to load modules into PITSS.CON again.
