When installing Oracle Forms and Reports, if you receive the following error:
Installation Failed.
OUI Session failed
invalid entry CRC (expected 0x5be4c5df but got 0xa322330)
You may need to re-download the Oracle Forms 11.1.1.2 (11gR1) or 11.1.2 (11gR2) install files again from Oracle as the zip file originally could have been corrupted during the download.
