Images located in share drives do not appear on Reports

Oracle Reports can be picky when it comes to locating image files. If the image which is supposed to appear in the report is referenced from a shared network drive does not appear (the path to the image is shown instead), try referencing the share drive location using a fully-qualified domain name (FQDN). In Oracle Reports 11gR2, images in share drive locations will need to be referenced by a FQDN.
