Organizer
The organizer of the competition is PROMATIS software GmbH — Part of the Broadpin group (ITG BV).
Participation requirements
Participation is free. Adult visitors of the APEX connect & DOAG Cloud Database + Infrastructure event are eligible. Entry is completed by submitting the short survey via the QR code on the flyer.
Participation period
The competition runs exclusively during the event and ends on May 20, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Prizes
Oracle Racing clothing (subject to availability: jacket / T-shirt / cap) will be raffled off among all participants. Cash payment, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded.
Determining & notifying the winner
Winners will be notified by email after the event. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn.
Data protection
Only the data necessary for conducting the prize draw (name, email address) is collected. It is used only for processing the draw and is then deleted. Further information: www.promatis.com/de/datenschutz/.
Grounds for exclusion
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of manipulation, false information, or violations of these conditions.
