PITSS Named by Crain’s Business as a Cool Place to Work in Michigan

The yearly initiative is “dedicated to identifying and recognizing Michigan’s best employers.”

After undergoing the initial screening process, every PITSS employee participated in an anonymous survey about their overall job satisfaction, happiness with the company, and suggestions for improvement.

From these responses, an in-depth analysis of the business, and other judging factors, Crain’s determined that PITSS is one of Michigan’s coolest places to work.

For instance, 98% of PITSS respondents approve of the company’s leadership. In particular, respondents have confidence in the organization’s long-term strategy. More impressively, 100% of employee responses revealed that PITSS has created an environment where they can do their best work.
